Privacy
TextBait is run by To be confirmed, address to be confirmed. This page explains what personal data we collect through textbait.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect, and why
- Order details: your name, email, mobile number and delivery address, to make, deliver and support your order.
- Payment reference: the UPI reference number you give us, to match your payment. We never see or store your UPI PIN, bank details or card numbers.
- Email list: your email, only if you sign up for new drops. Every email has a way to unsubscribe.
- Your bag: kept in your own browser so it's there when you come back. It isn't sent to us until you check out.
- Saved tees (♥): kept in your own browser. To count how many people saved each tee, your browser sends us a random number it makes up, with no name, email or account attached.
- Lines you suggest: the line, and your name and email if you choose to give them, so we can credit you or tell you if we print it.
- Spam protection: a scrambled version of your IP address, kept for up to an hour to limit how often a form can be sent.
Who we share it with
- Our print and delivery partner and their courier get your name, address, phone number and order, so they can print and deliver it.
- Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) stores the order data for us, and our email provider sends order emails.
We don't sell your data or share it for anyone else's advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Email-list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for emails, by writing to our email (to be confirmed). We reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, contact our grievance officer.
Children
Our store is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
