Returns and exchanges

Every TextBait tee is printed to order for you, so we can't take one back because you changed your mind. We'll always put right anything that's our fault, and we'll swap a size that doesn't fit.

Wrong size

Write to us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send one free size exchange. The tee must be unworn and unwashed. Return shipping for exchanges: to be confirmed.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong tee

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement, or a full refund if you prefer. You don't need to send the tee back unless we ask.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the UPI account you paid from within 7 working days. Your bank or UPI app may take a little longer to show it.

Cancelling an order

Unpaid orders cancel themselves after 24 hours. Once you've paid, you can cancel free of charge until your tee goes to print. After that it's already being made for you, so we can't cancel it. We never charge cancellation fees.
